Thinline

Terms of use

Operator: OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME, an Enkeltmandsvirksomhed in Denmark, postal address OPERATOR_ADDRESS
Contact: josipmiljak@proton.me

The service

Thinline is a private self-reflection and habit-tracking application. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, professional counseling, or pastoral authority. Do not rely on it for emergencies. If you may harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service.

There is no account. You do not register, sign in, or give the operator an email address or phone number to use Thinline.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, meet any higher digital-consent age that applies where you live, and be able to enter this agreement. Thinline does not ask for your date of birth. The app is not directed at children.

Your content, and the fact that only you have it

Everything you write in Thinline — tracked categories, logs, notes, journal entries, panic-flow notes — is stored on your phone and nowhere else. The operator does not receive it, store it, or hold any copy of it.

That has a consequence you should read twice before you rely on the app:

You retain ownership of what you write. Because none of it reaches the operator, you grant the operator no licence over it.

Do not use Thinline to store unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not interfere with the service or reverse engineer its security controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Purchases

There is no onboarding, free tier, or device-local trial. Ordinary app access requires an active RevenueCat pro entitlement. After the splash screen and any App Lock check, a verified inactive user sees the paid launch purchase screen; the app itself does not mount until paid access or subscriber offline grace applies.

Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. The annual subscription is selected by default. If the relevant store says you are eligible, the monthly subscription may include a three-day introductory trial and the annual subscription may include a seven-day introductory trial. The lifetime Founders Offer is an immediate one-time purchase, not a subscription, and has no trial. Store terms, renewal rules, trial eligibility, cancellation rights, and mandatory consumer protections apply. Prices, billing periods, trial/renewal terms and cancellation terms shown in the purchase screen control over general descriptions in the app.

Your purchase is attached to your App Store or Google Play account, not to a Thinline account. “Restore purchases” is available on the paid access utility surface and is how you recover paid access after a new install or on another device. Subscription cancellation is handled through Apple or Google.

After paid access has been confirmed active, Thinline uses a local last-confirmed timestamp to continue access for seven days from that confirmation. This is intended to cover unavailable entitlement checks, but it can also delay lockout after a subscription cancellation. It does not override a successful store response that says access is inactive. If you delete and reinstall while offline, the app may have neither that timestamp nor RevenueCat's cached status and may remain locked until it gets online and restores purchase status.

Ending a store trial or subscription does not remove access to your data controls. Export and delete-all remain available from the paid access utility surface without payment or a time limit.

Notices from the operator

Because there is no account, the operator has no email address or push token for you. The only way the operator can tell you anything — a price change, a security incident, or the service shutting down — is a notice shown in the app when you next open it. If you stop opening Thinline, you will not receive it.

Availability and changes

The operator may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes to these terms will be communicated as required by law, including through the in-app notice channel. Authored panic-flow copy ships inside the app. Operational notices are fetched from the marketing site's static public feed; if that feed is unavailable, the tracker, panic flow, and your existing data keep working on your phone.

Termination

You may stop using Thinline at any time. Delete all data, available in Settings and from the paid access utility surface, erases everything on the device irreversibly; uninstalling the app removes it as well. Neither reaches a backup you have already made or a purchase record held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat.

Liability and governing law

Thinline is provided as a self-reflection tool. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the operator does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, including any medical, therapeutic, or pastoral purpose.

Because the operator never receives what you write, the operator cannot restore it. Loss of data held only on your device, in a device backup, or in an export you control is your responsibility, as described above.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other mandatory consumer right.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts in Denmark have jurisdiction, without limiting your right, if you are a consumer in the EU, to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Privacy

Personal data is handled under the hosted Thinline privacy policy at usethinline.app/privacy. Privacy and data-protection rights are not limited by these terms.
